I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. My goal is to work with you and utilize medications and therapy to get a handle and understanding on your mental health struggles.
My experience - both professionally and personally - have laid a foundation for acceptance and understanding of one's own personal struggles with mental health. I utilize medications, including, therapy, collaboration, and more.
Working together is at the heart of psychiatry and I view a patient as a teammate in wellness. I work closely with PCPs and other specialists as appropriate to optimize outcomes. I utilize both medication and psychotherapy as needed, I have experience with adolescents, LGBTQ+, substance use and eating disorders and am comfortable across the lifespan.
