Her philosophy when it comes to medication management is often “less is more”, minimizing medication regimens for better outcomes and encouraging individuals to participate in psychotherapy as well as self-care in order to lead a healthy, fulfilling lives. While she is experienced in treating clients ages 10 and older, she enjoys working with young women, those with a history of trauma as well as women who are in their perinatal phase of life.
