Accepting New Patients! Kristina is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is currently accepting new clients. Her journey began in 1999 when she graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Meridian Community College. She then progressed to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2015 and graduated at the top of her class. After furthering her career in nursing management and stress management courses, she decided to pursue the Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatry, at Herzing University where she graduated with honors.

Appointments available! Henry is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who obtained his undergraduate and advanced nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. He has over ten years of healthcare experience serving pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Henry’s background includes an engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines, ecclesiastical work in service to the poor and underserved, and nursing services that include pediatric homecare, hospital inpatient and hospice care.

Dr. Nicholas Sahagian is a Psychiatrist in Colorado who has been practicing since 2023. He completed his MD and Adult Psychiatry Residency at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and earned his BA in Neuroscience at Skidmore College. Dr. Sahagian has experience managing a broad array of complex psychiatric diagnoses in patients of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and clinical backgrounds. He offers psychiatric medication management but also routinely incorporates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, lifestyle interventions, and family psychoeducation into his practice.

She has a DNP from Colorado Mesa University and a PMHNP from University of South Alabama. Dana helps clients by providing medication management. Outside of work, Dana enjoys camping, fishing, ATVs, and snowmobiles.

In 2000, he joined the United States Air Force, where he worked as a clinical nurse in Pediatrics, Family Practice, Flight/Aerospace Medicine, and also had the opportunity to be a team leader on Vice President Dick Cheney's medical support team. Chris is an expert in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, Stress, Trauma and PTSD - as well as many other conditions.

Prior to my PMHNP certification I worked as an RN at several level one psychiatric facilities since 2012 and became the Chief Nursing Officer of the largest level one psychiatric facility in Arizona in 2017. I have been a Family Practice M.D. for the last 45 years. Throughout that time, I have always been interested most in Mental Health. In the last 10 years working as a gerontologist,I realized that caring for Mental Health was really more than a field of strong interest; but had become the area where I really wanted to serve. My passion to serve for the last three years. has evolved into starting a private practice devoted only to Mental Heath issues. My goal is to provide care to anyone regardless of insurance or financial status.

I was a registered nurse for 17 years prior to embarking on this journey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I've taught mental health to nursing students for several years, then started working as a Psych NP in 2018. I've worked with patients of all acuities and diagnoses, including substance abuse, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD.
