Stephen B Seager MD has been a board-certified psychiatrist for twenty-six years. He specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders. A graduate of Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr Seager completed his psychiatry residency at Martin Luther King Hospital in Los Angeles. A former Emergency Room physician, Dr Seager is also a retired Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA School of Medicine.

Emily Econie is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2021. Vincent Feitosa is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2021. She is also licensed in different states as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Gisela holds two Masters in Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees. Her first MSN degree with emphasis on Psychiatry as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA, and her second MSN degree emphasis in Psychiatry as a Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.

Facing substance use challenges requires a supportive space where you can openly share your experiences without judgment. My approach is to provide this space, tailoring my care to meet your individual needs and address both the substance use and its root causes. I can't imagine an ideal client because I see a broad range of clients and I enjoy helping them all. The typical patient who comes to me needs help with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction, or another disorder and may have a family history of these symptoms or diagnoses. They are usually wanting to understand their symptoms and gain an accurate understanding or diagnosis. Medication may be appropriate for some of these patients. For patients who do not find relief from medication or who experience side effects, we offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) which is non-drug treatment for depression and anxiety

Penny Greaves has over twenty years of Nursing experience and received her bachelor's in nursing in 2007 and a Master of Nursing with a primary care nurse practitioner certificate in 2010 from Ryerson University, in Toronto, Canada. She obtained her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree in 2021 from National University and is dual certified with the ANCC in psychiatry and the AANP in family practice. She is currently pursuing a psychology doctorate degree (PsyD) to improve health outcomes. She is experienced with adults, adults with addictions, complex mental health problems, geriatrics and dementia.
