My approach is thorough, and I take the time to understand each person's history and present concerns in detail.
I also specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy, offering treatments proven effective for common problems including panic attacks, worry, social anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, phobias, anger, relationship difficulties, and extreme and painful emotions. I utilize cognitive-behavior therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
