I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming psychiatric care for teens and adults with anxiety, ADHD, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as trauma and mood disorders. I have also served as the primary psychiatric provider in a rural hospital system, where I managed complex cases. My approach integrates holistic support with attention to sensory sensitivities, executive functioning differences, emotional regulation, and the effects of chronic stress and trauma on mental health.
