I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I have many years of experience providing mental health treatment, including medication management, to a variety of patients with a vast array of needs. In addition I have taught Harvard residents psychotherapy theory as part of their core curriculum.
Psychotherapy is my passion, I feel that understanding the meaning behind some of our words and/or actions is key to changing our behaviors to lead happier and more productive lives. Psychotherapy is like having a second chance at life, to achieve a more balanced, healthy life, unique to you as an individual.
