As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment for psychiatric disorders/mental health conditions. I offer both therapy and medication management, specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders, ADHD and OCD/obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders. Following completion of my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at OHSU, I co-directed and treated patients in the OCD clinic at OHSU. I have carried this experience with me into the opening of my private practice, Atwell Mental Health, LLC.
I believe strongly in the importance of collaboration when establishing a treatment plan. Following initial diagnostic evaluation, I work alongside patients to review options for treatment and outline a plan that is evidence-based and specific to their unique needs.
