I am accepting new patients. I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I offer a compassionate, integrative and holistic approach to care for adults, teens and children. I have a special interest in women's mental health through the lifespan, and children and individuals that have experienced trauma. I have experience in women's health, conflict zones, domestic violence and PTSD treatment. As a mother of two adopted, disabled children, I know it can be difficult to navigate challenges. I believe in helping you feel heard and empowered during sessions to provide strategies for symptoms and take control of your life.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental space. I see your mind and body as interconnected. I have over two decades of diverse nursing experience and a former attorney for women experiencing domestic violence. I am here to listen and support you through an integrated approach of medications, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, nutrition and movement therapies.
I will listen to your concerns and goals, discuss options for medications, testing if needed, provide information on nutrition and ways to reduce stress and make a plan together. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, or have been carrying a difficult load for many years or a few months. I am here to listen and help you on the journey back to wellness.
