I am very passionate about providing care to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, depression, ADHD, insomnia, OCD, and other mental disorders. It is important to me that I listen to my patients and include their concerns and needs in their plan of care. I started my own business to be able to spend time getting to know my patients. My goal is to assist my patients in finding ways to improve their mental well-being and have a more fulfilling life through medication management, therapy, and coaching.
I provide medication therapy, and we work on skills you can use to decrease the symptoms you are experiencing. We will work on ways to decrease your anxiety symptoms without using benzodiazepines.
I do not take insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement/out-of-network benefits. The initial 90-minute assessment is $250. The 45-55 minute follow-up appointments are $125.
