I'm also drawn to helping folks who have felt unheard by past providers, or may have even experienced medical trauma. I listen without judgment, stay fully present, and at times (tastefully) use humor to lighten heaviness. I also strongly believe in the health benefits of nutrition, movement, and sleep, because the answer isn't always medication.
