I am seeing patients in my Rockville office located at 11119 Rockville Pike, Suite 200, and by videoconference (Zoom). I received my medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania. I provide psychiatric treatment for a wide range of challenges in adults, adolescents and pre-teens. My approach is to create a personalized treatment plan starting from scientific treatment guidelines and focusing on your individual needs and strengths. I have wide-ranging expertise including the treatment of anxiety, depression, addiction, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, women's psychiatric needs, schizophrenia, and impulsivity.
I have cutting-edge knowledge of psychopharmacology (treating psychiatric symptoms with medication). Additionally, I have expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy. These two approaches are the main pillars of modern psychotherapy, and combining them has the potential to deliver excellent results.
