You’re not too much, and you’re not alone. I offer psychiatric care for adults and teens navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood challenges, and life transitions, with curiosity, not judgment. My practice is rooted in autonomy, clarity, and compassion.

In my practice, I work with people who are often smart, sensitive, and struggling, whether with ADHD, anxiety, mood swings, burnout, or the emotional toll of simply existing in this world. Many of my clients have had past experiences where they felt dismissed or misunderstood, especially in more traditional care settings.

I provide care that’s LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-aware, and secular. You don’t have to mask, translate yourself, or pretend to be “normal” here. You deserve care that honors who you are, not just what’s hard.
