My goal is to bring personalized and understanding mental health care to those struggling with issues related to stress, depression, adhd, and more.

I look at my clients as the total person. We are more than our struggles and more than our mental health diagnoses. One size treatment does not fit all, as many struggle with multiple issues that may be unique to their own lived experience.
