Welcome! I'm a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with training from Stanford, UCSF, and the Mayo Clinic. My goal is to help you or your loved one start feeling better. I take the time to listen closely to understand what you're experiencing and can provide support through both talk therapy and medication. I work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, and specialize in treating ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other unique neuropsychiatric conditions such as functional neurological disorders. Together, we'll work towards your goals and enhance your quality of life.

I have extensive experience in diagnosing, understanding life challenges, and using medications. I've published, presented, and lectured on psychopharmacology. I take a thoughtful and balanced approach to prescribing medication. I’m also committed to helping my patients safely reduce or discontinue medications when it’s the right choice.
