I have experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, insomnia, and substance abuse disorders. Being certified in mental health treatment throughout the lifespan, I am able to see children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. I offer medication management, Spravato (esketamine) treatments, and IM and IV Ketamine infusions for treatment resistant issues.

I am board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), who provides psychiatric assessments, diagnostic services and medication management with brief psychotherapeutic interventions. I seek to provide psychiatric services for individuals across the lifespan from children to older adults. I primarily see clients suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar, and PTSD/Trauma. My approach to care is of a holistic, collaborative, empowering, practical and evidence-based nature in order to improve the lives of those of whom I serve. My goal, above all else, is to empower you to take charge of your own well-being.

Dr. Alicia Baros earned her doctorate in pharmacology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in research addiction medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina where she was appointed Research Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Cathy is playful, creative, and compassionate about delivering quality care to those she serves. She believes that everyone has a beautiful destination and at times needs support in arriving. We all aware that life could be extremely stressful and sometimes it feels difficult to navigate alone. Cathy is here to help you to navigate through your life struggles and optimize your quality of life. Her goal is to help our patient to achieve optimal serenity and to bring life back to homeostasis once again.

My ideal client is a person that I would not consider a client at all, but a coworker who will work with myself and other providers to develop a treatment plan that can be utilized to improve the client’s overall wellbeing. Issues would include anxiety, mood, personality, or psychotic disorders as well as addiction and trauma. The needs of the client may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of treatments. Goals would include being actively involved in a client-centered treatment plan, such as taking medications as prescribed and attending therapy sessions because the client wants to improve overall wellbeing.

Jennifer Rawls is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides diagnosis and treatment for a variety of mental health conditions across the lifespan, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She offers medication management and psychotherapy with a collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based approach. Jennifer understands that the journey to wellness is multifaceted. She strives to address her client’s emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs.

Brittany Seifert is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and emergency crisis settings. Brittany recognizes the importance of treating the whole person: mind and body. She has an integrative approach that focuses on the individual as a whole, not just a diagnosis.

Elizabeth A. Fiser is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who graduated with Honors from Walden University. Elizabeth believes in complete transparency. She is living proof that past experiences should not limit who someone can become. Providing hope, knowledge, and encouragement with truth and veracity can change a life!

Most patients come to me after another provider has not been listening to their concerns. I am here to listen and help you with what is troubling you. I have the training and experience to help you reach your mental health goals. Services include medication management and/or therapy. I enjoy working with people of all ages. The reward for me comes when I see my patients getting better and enjoying their lives.

I specialize in all ages across the lifespan. I primarily treat Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Disruptive Behavior and Impulse Control, PTSD, Autism, and ADHD (no stimulants). I think it is important that clients understand that medications don't "fix" people and they do not teach skills. It is important for clients to know that my job is not to ever talk you into medications, but rather help to discuss the pros and cons to see how we can help benefit and better you.
