This is what I used to watch when I grew up, Marcus Welby, M.D. He left me an image of a doctor with humanity in his office as well as mature medical craftmanship. Managed care environment makes this type of practice difficult, but this is my goal to provide compassionate care, filling the gap in the healthcare system whether it is caused by stigma, culture, or finance.

Naltrexone can help reduce cravings, methadone is an opioid medication used to treat severe pain, and acamprosate may help ease symptoms like poor sleep and anxious feelings.
