I believe treatment works best when it’s collaborative, respectful, and never rushed; taking the time you need is essential so that you feel informed, empowered, and supported in your decisions.
My practice combines evidence-based medicine with a whole-person, integrative approach. This can include therapy, medication management, lifestyle and nutrition support, and mindfulness-based practices that are tailored to you. I see adults (18+) and have specific training in helping women during all phases of pregnancy and post-partum.
