I work with clients recovering from trauma using a rapid method called Written Exposure Therapy. During each of the 5 sessions, you will be guided to write about the traumatic event in detail, including exploring thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and contextual details associated with the trauma. The focus is on the emotional response so there is no need to actually talk about the trauma.
