I am a Harvard-trained integrative and psychodynamic psychiatrist who offers psychotherapy for executives and professionals across high-pressure industries, including finance, tech, startups, law, medicine, and innovation. I bring over 15 years of experience working on career, stress managements, and relationships issues. My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, positive psychology, internal family systems, and a comprehensive evaluation, including the role of botanical and natural supplements. I can prescribe medications, but do not currently offer medication management appointments.
I specialize in psychotherapy, meeting individuals weekly or twice weekly. Many of my clients are not on medications, but I can prescribe medications if indicated. My practice does not currently offer standalone medication management visits. All sessions are virtual/ telehealth.
