Do you need professional psychiatric support for medication management or psychotherapy? Do you need help coping with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia? I am a psychiatrist, providing online care to patients in Maryland and Washington D.C. and I look forward to providing you with the psychiatric care that best meets your needs and supports your emotional wellness. Care may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of medication management and therapy. If you are in therapy and your therapist has suggested medication, we will work collaboratively with your psychotherapist.
You can expect expert, non-judgemental, and warm psychiatric care. We will tailor care to your needs, drawing from the tools that can best support your growth and healing. I hold a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and have 30 years of clinical experience treating adults, children, and families.
Anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder often respond well to a combination of psychotherapy and medication. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), for example, is often a key part of treatment for BPD. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is often very effective in the treatment of anxiety. I am looking forward to helping you cope with your challenges!
