Welcome! I’m a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist, but I’m also a real person who understands that life doesn't always follow a script. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your past is dictating your future, I’m here to help you find a way forward.
I specialize in working with PTSD, complex relationships, and BPD. In my practice, nothing is "too much" and everything is on the table. Whether we are navigating medication or deep-diving into patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen—not just diagnosed. I use MBT, DBT and EMDR.

With MBT, we'll work on strengthening your ability to understand your own thoughts and feelings, as well as those of others, to improve emotional regulation and relationships. If trauma is a focus, EMDR helps process distressing experiences by reducing their emotional intensity.
