Teen Support Group

Our groups are facilitated online by licensed professionals that specialize in a variety of problem areas, from trauma, depression, anxiety, social skills, and self-esteem. Studies support the significance of groups in adolescent treatment, during this phase in a teen's development they are most influenced by their peers. Identifying with other teens, helps teens to know that they are not alone, and encourages hope that issues can be overcome as they see others heal. With our experience, we've seen the power and influence group therapy can have on adolescents, the support, and confidence they gain is life-changing.
