Telehealth appointments are available! As both a Nurse Practitioner and a Psychologist, I bring a relatively rare combination of skills and ways of thinking about problems to the therapy process. I am keenly interested in helping you feel better both emotionally and physically as well as helping you be successful in the relationships that matter most to you. My goal is to provide seamless care so that as your doctor who knows you best, through therapy, I'm also managing the medications that are part of our collaborative treatment plan.
I have experience working with all ages (from babies through the end of life) both with individuals and families. You'll find working with me a safe and warm place to be. My main goal is to help you enjoy life. I want your life to be happy and fulfilling!
