About

I am an Ivy League educated doctor that knows what she wants and how to get it. These days many are feeling "STUCK" in their careers. Unhappy in their day to day lives due to their jobs but don't know how to find another path. I have designed a Career Coaching curriculumn that individualizes the plan to help professional women succesfully get on their way to transitioning careers. Professional women wear many hats. Career woman, Mother, Wife, Daughter. Through self exploration and tried and true methods we will find the best fit for you. I have years of experience coaching and mentoring Women and minorities into getting want.
I am not a mental health care worker to make it clear-a psychiatrist or otherwise. I am a Doctor and Career Coach that uses a solution based approach to help professional women reach their career goals. I have been in your shoes, sending out application, after application. Let's stop the madness. We are going to be strategic and smart about this.
Job hunting can be isolating and lonely, with an overwhelming amount of rejection. It can be anxiety and depression provoking. Thus I have put together support groups. These groups are meant to accomplish two things: help the client come up with ideas that they wouldn't have on their own, and to provide moral support, it is easier to be part of a team.
