DPS Health and Wellness is an outpatient mental health practice owned by Dr. David Samuels. With 3 Psychiatrists, 7 Mid-levels and 6 Counselors, the providers at DPS strive to provide quality, caring, person-based mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. DPS offers evaluations, medication management and counseling. We have three locations for in office visits, as well as offering virtual appointments to accommodate patients throughout the state of Georgia.
