Making the decision to seek help with your challenges can feel both empowering and vulnerable. I offer a safe and compassionate, non-judgmental space for us to start the process and talk. I strive to help adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, focus, and physical ailments among others. I provide both medication management, as well as individual psychotherapy. I primarily practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, however am trained in other modalities to best help you through the emotional challenges you face and allow a greater understanding of yourself.
My practice provides the time for an in-depth assessment of your needs, and the formulation of a detailed treatment plan that considers diet, exercise, and supplements. This allows us to take an integrative and individualized approach that is specifically tailored to you.
This fosters an environment for a provider-patient relationship where you feel heard and supported. One that can meet your needs and is there for you every step of the way through whatever challenges may come. I look forward to working together.
