I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We're whole people, and care should reflect that. Visits meet you where you are, with room for therapy, education, sleep, nutrition, and labs. Medication is part of healing, rarely the whole story. I won't talk at you—I'll explain it so it sticks naturally. Parents, coaching for connection is available!
