I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Over the course of my 15 years in mental health care, I’ve treated adolescents, adults, and older adults suffering from a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD, insomnia, trauma, PTSD, and alcohol abuse.
I received my Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from Queens University—Charlotte. I then received my Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and later earned my post-master's degree from Washburn University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My experience includes providing services in a multitude of settings.
My style of practice is traditional (prescribing up-to-date, evidence-based psychiatric medications) and/or natural treatments, which may include the use of vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, therapy, or stress management.
