I am a board-certified psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My main role is medication management and supportive therapy. I am a compassionate and considerate mental health provider. My approach is holistic, rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health. I also provide supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and coping strategies. The goal is to meet people where they are and walk with them to where they need to be-every progress counts.
I typically work with adults ages 18 -65 who suffer from common mental health problems like anxiety and depressive disorders, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and Adjustment disorders, to name a few.
I maintain a therapeutic environment, serene, filled, free of judgment and bias. I partner with my patients, using evidence-based practice to determine treatment goals and interventions. I have noticed that patients feel comfortable speaking with me in such a calm and accepting environment.
