I am dually certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to individuals across Ohio and look forward to assisting you on your mental health journey. More than a healthcare provider: I am a wife, mother and Nana. Along with my sisters, a caregiver to elderly parents. Proud owner of an adorable shih tzu named Flippy. We will start the process of developing an individualized, reasonable and achievable path toward what you want to change.
Sounds overwhelming and maybe outrageous - right I am certain that together we can make it 'easy peasy' (my grandson's new favorite phrase) I wish I were a perfect communicator (if that exists), but I am not :-) I do try hard though to use active listening, reflecting back and neutrality instead of any kind of judgement or criticism.
