I’m thankful to work with diverse individuals and strive to honor each person’s unique background and experiences. I have significant expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and how these symptoms frequently overlap. I am very experienced in building new and effective treatment plans when past therapies or medications have not worked. My goal is to find a balance of therapy, self-care and/or medication that best meets the needs for each person.
I am a doctorally educated, board-certified Psychiatric NP and have practiced in Oregon for 20 years. I provide both medication and talk therapy, and prioritize the therapeutic relationship as a key to improving health. My office is conveniently located just off Hwy 26 near the Nike, Columbia and Intel campuses.
