Dr. Cidambi was the Director of Chemical Dependency at New Jersey's oldest inpatient mental health/substance abuse hospital. In 2010, Dr. Cidambi started her own substance abuse treatment facility, Center for Network Therapy (RecoveryCNT.com), providing outpatient detoxification from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates and suboxone, and partial care and IOP programs. The Center for Network Therapy is in-network with most major private health insurance providers.

I am a psychiatrist with over 30 years experience in private practice, board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

My name is Oksana Libelt. I have been in medicine almost 25 years. My clinical background include different varies of care from critical care to proctology. I have started my career in Russia and continued to peruse my profession in USA. I am living in Matawan, New Jersey with my husband and three children. Habiba Mzougui is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience treating patients across the lifespan. She is a graduate of Drexel University. She has cared for adults and children living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and childhood-related conditions such as ADHD, emotional dysregulation/anger management, learning, and behavioral challenges. NP Mzougui is passionate about the mental health of children and families. She believes the individual or family is the expert on their life, and collaboration with families results in the best outcome.

Dr. Tara Thompson, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Dr. Tara started her career as a therapist after earning a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology degree from Eastern University where she was trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic therapy. She later decided to change direction and pursue an education and career in nursing where she worked in cardiology and neurology.

Together we identify the issue(s), talking support CBT therapy and/or medication including natural complementary, exercises, work coaching. For fees, I work flexibly with those patients who have out of network coverage so they are reimbursed.

Dr. Leopold Bolona is a compassionate psychiatrist in private practice in Westfield and Brick, and Freehold NJ seeing adults only at this time.
