I have a certificate in Psychoanalysis from the William Alanson White Institute. I have been trained in Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral and Supportive psychotherapy. I was also previously a clinician-researcher at the Family Center for Bipolar at Beth Israel, giving me unique experience in treating bipolar and working with families.
I am passionate about helping people overcome barriers to achieving health-related goals, while also abiding by the Health At Every Size philosophy. I am knowledgeable about ancestral health approaches to diet and lifestyle. I also have an interest in the relationship between mental health, technology, and "geek" culture.
