I am a psychiatrist, analytically trained, who has been practicing in the Los Angeles area for thirty-five years. I am broadly in general psychiatry, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic and humanistic psychology as well as psychopharmacology and geriatric psychiatry. My approach utilizes humanistic, relational, cognitive and psychodynamic techniques that are interactive and unique to each person I treat. My special skills are in treating individuals with relationship and or career conflicts and life transitions.

I am board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry, and treat adult individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My areas of interest and experience include college mental health, integrating psychotherapy with medication, mood disorders, thought disorders, depression and anxiety, healthy aging and memory issues, as well as psychiatric issues in pregnancy and post partum. I strongly believe that understanding and knowing my patients well is crucial to forming a strong alliance and providing good care that is tailored to the whole person--whether through medication, therapy or both.

Dr. Parisi takes a proactive, detail-oriented approach, working with patients in a direct and supportive fashion. He treats people who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, insomnia, addiction, and relationship issues, working with adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples. After graduating as chief resident, I went on to pursue a fellowship and work in the public sector serving those most in need. Dr. Hansen began her medical career in the Army National Guard as a medic. After completing 12 years education, she moved to Alaska to work in integrated care models for the Native American people at Southcentral Foundation. During this time, she served as an adult & adolescent psychiatrist & director for the dual-diagnosis addiction program. She gradually transitioned to the field of tele-psychiatry & assumed the role of Behavioral Health Director for multiple towns in Alaska while concomitantly working in California for LA County. She now practices concierge tele-psychiatry in AK, AZ, CA & FL & is accepting new clients.
