My goal is to help you lead a hopeful, fulfilling life. In this practice, I see adults (25 and older) with depression, anxiety, trauma, neurocognitive & mood issues. You will feel heard & validated when you see me. While therapy is a component of every visit, my expertise is in finding the medication regimen that will help find optimal functioning and feel like yourself. NOTE-my office is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. If you are unable to do stairs, we can arrange telehealth appointments via Zoom. Email to inquire about wait list.
I intentionally keep my practice small to best meet the needs of clients. I am a solo provider without administrative/clinical support. When you call my office, you speak directly to me. That said, if you have complicated health issues, I may recommend transferring care to a larger system that would offer better collaboration among specialties.
It is important for me to take the time to fully understand my clients' stories and know them as people, and not just their individual symptoms. Together, we discuss the risks and benefits of treatment options and share in decision making for which medications to use to help with psychiatric issues. Ready?
