My practice is designed for individuals who have been struggling and frustrated by an inability to achieve their goals in life. Together, we will work on recovery, growth, and flourishing. I have advanced training in biological psychiatry and psychotherapy. My philosophy on psychopharmacology is a thoughtful and minimalistic approach. We will use medications to enhance your own mind and body’s own healing powers to reassert themselves.
I am dually boarded in Adult psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, which lends to a unique expertise in college age and young adult transitional issues.
We will use psychotherapy to piece together the narrative of your life, putting together the puzzles and create a meaningful and empowering picture. For many, the process can be daunting, but the pace is set to your needs, resulting in real growth. People are scared of change but if you are suffering, change will come as a tremendous relief.
