I believe that mental and physical health are connected, and I have a passion for educating my clients to recognize potential biological issues that may be limiting their ability to manage their moods, behaviors, and/or motivation for success. I am an integrative mental health professional and provide services beyond medication management for those who express interest, including pharmacogenetic testing, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, neurotoxicity evaluations, specific condition testing, supplement and dietary recommendations, and education/referrals for additional supportive therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen treatment, etc.
I provide virtual sessions for consultation, psychiatric diagnosis, medication prescription/management, psychoeducation, and support through various complementary treatment modalities for those who show interest. I do not offer formal psychotherapy (talk therapy) but do encourage a combined treatment and will collaborate with your therapist as appropriate.
I strive to reduce misconceptions and stigmas associated with mental health treatment and provide my clients with the knowledge and tools available through scientific advancements to target the root causes of symptoms and give them their best chance at long term recovery and wellness.
