About
I work with patients committed to personal growth across their adult lifespan. In individual psychotherapy and medication management, I am dedicated to empowering clients within their unique lives and relationships. I'm honored to hear and interpret your lived experience, bearing witness to the tableau of human interdependence in your life, and promoting change through engagement, warmth, and connection. I am committed to what makes us all human: improved relationships with each other; and I am honored to help people heal and thrive, from trauma to joy.
I originally received a Masters from Yale as a Certified Nurse-Midwife devoted to women’s empowerment and health. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and hold a certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, as well as a PhD in Nursing. My expertise covers general adult psychiatry as well as women's mental health.
We say it is the strongest and most healthy one in any relationship who has the courage to reach out when help is needed. I wish you all best in your search for healing.
