I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of experience dedicated to mental health care. Before transitioning into psychiatry, I spent over a decade working in women’s health and midwifery. I work with adults and adolescents, using a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. My practice is rooted in the belief that mental health is essential to overall wellness.

I earned my Master’s in Midwifery from Oregon Health and Science University and completed my post-Master’s certification as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner through Frontier Nursing University. I take a respectful, whole-person approach, offering personalized medication management and incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques.
