As a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience, I understand and am
adept at treating a broad spectrum of mental health concerns that a
modern day person can be challenged with. Knowing that these problems
can affect anyone and cause significant impairment in their life, I strive to
provide compassionate and comprehensive care, with the goal of restoring
my patients to the state of mind and level of functioning they desire and
expect. I enjoy working with all age groups and welcome Medicare beneficiaries.
I have training and broad experience in psychopharmacology and
psychotherapeutic approaches, and will address each patient as a unique
person, with a particular brain neurochemistry and a specific work and
interpersonal environment.
I have obtained my Doctor of Medicine degree at Universitatea de
Medicina is Farmacie Timisoara, in Romania and completed my residency
and internship in Psychiatry at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. I
practiced psychiatry in a variety of settings, including inpatient and
outpatient facilities and have been for over ten years in private practice.
