In addition to primary medication management, I offer treatment with cognitive behavioral strategies in my practice. In early sessions, we will discuss whether CBT is helpful to you, and teach you about how thoughts impact your responses in positive and negative ways. We will work through different exercises to build healthy behaviors and minimize unhealthy ones.
