About
I provide psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, as well as guidance on lifestyle modification. In my practice, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe enough to address issues concerning mood, anxiety, difficulties with motivation and focus, loneliness, work frustrations, relationship difficulties, and struggles around identity.
As a psychiatrist, I view medicine as a helpful tool that can bring enormous relief from suffering. I prescribe medicine with care, taking an evidence-based approach and paying close attention to you and your experience. I also draw from a wide variety of holistic, non-pharmacologic tools, including grounding exercises, visual imagery, and breath work.
I appreciate the chance to see a wide range of people in my practice and welcome people with intersecting identities and diverse backgrounds. I am glad to offer psychotherapy as well as psychopharmacology, and am also happy to collaborate with your current provider. Early mornings and late evenings available.
