Dr. Irene Mazur graduated with honors from the Ternopol Medical School in Ternopol, Ukraine, in 1992. After her move to the US, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in in UMDNJ, Piscataway, NJ. Her area of expertise include: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, and PTSD. In 2023, Dr. Mazur had received well-deserved recognition and was acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her contributions to the field of Psychiatry.

Lisa's nursing experience includes working on a psychiatric inpatient hospital unit as well as working with patients with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, divorce, OCD, PTSD, situation stressors, and grief.

Victory Bay offers a variety of client-centered programs treating Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. We help our clients successfully detox from drugs and alcohol in a comfortable inpatient or outpatient setting. Accommodations will be made for 24 hour staffing and clients will be cared for by licensed staff including Psychiatrists, APN, RN, etc. Detox is an individualized process, and we have found that a holistic approach is ideal when trying to successfully treat substance use disorder.

I am extremely happy to be a part of the Specialized Therapy Associates team. Her focus is primarily on medication management but her approach is to get to know the whole person, your struggles, your supports and the environment in which you live. I graduated from Rutgers University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. I am an ANCC board-certified PMHNP-BC with ten years of experience in emergency and psychiatric nursing. My passion for healthcare drives me, and I strive to create a nurturing and trusting environment for you.

Clients who are committed to becoming well and functioning at a level that expresses their ideal self are the clients that I most seek because my goal is to help clients achieve their best. The issues are always varied but their goals are aligned with a desire to achieve the best that they can be. I am not just about symptom relief as most medication prescribers are. I practice at Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC where clients can access a full range of services for mind-body health, such as, nutrition counseling to help overcome mood and sleep issues as an example or Yoga Therapy and mindfulness.
