I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of experience in mental health care across the lifespan. I am dedicated to providing patient-centered care and creating personalized plans to help clients achieve optimal wellness. I work closely with clients to assess their needs, set realistic goals, and develop a therapeutic pharmacological plan to support their progress. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and gender-affirming care.
I completed my Master of Nursing Science (MNSc) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in acute psychiatric settings, caring for children, adolescents, adults, and veterans. I take a holistic approach to care, helping clients achieve their goals.
