Prior to joining Crasmere, Detty started her career as staff nurse at South Beach Psychiatric Center where she provided professional nursing services including health counseling and provision of restorative care. Her devotion towards her profession helped her reach position as the Nurse Co ordinator.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Yenepoya University, Mangalore, India and Masters degree with an emphasis as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College, New York City. She is professionaly affiliated with American Nurses Association since 2016.
