As a board-certified adult psychiatrist, I am dedicated to supporting each patient's journey toward healing and emotional well-being through compassionate, personalized care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, women's mental health concerns, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions. I combine comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management with psychotherapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy when appropriate.
