I am a board certified Child and Adolescent Clinical Nurse Specialist providing diagnostic psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, psychopharmacological interventions, and psycho-education. I seek to help individuals understand and cope with their current emotions, stressors and life changes through individualized strategies and what is known as the therapist/client connection. This necessary dynamic is a powerful component to a clients' progress. I work hard to provide a relatable environment for my clients to feel comfortable, heard and empowered to make changes in their lives.
Currently, I am assisting young adults entering into and navigating the stressors of college and life in the work place. Additionally, I am interested in working with women & single mothers going through difficult transitions in their lives including complications of divorce, anxiety, depression, parenting and family conflict.
