I am a Yale educated and trained board certified Child and Adolescent Clinical Nurse Specialist providing psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, psychopharmacological interventions, and psycho-education. I seek to help individuals understand and cope with their current emotions, stressors and life changes through individualized strategies and what is known as the therapist/client connection. This necessary dynamic is a powerful component to a clients' progress. I work hard to provide a relatable environment for my clients to feel comfortable, heard and empowered to make changes in their lives.
I treat children, adolescents and young adults who are navigating stressors of our social climate, academics and life in the work place. Additionally, I work with women experiencing challenges such as, the addition of a child into to the family, postpartum changes, navigating divorce, parenting challenges and relationship stress, anxiety, and depression.
