I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner with over 25 years in nursing with experience working in a variety of settings including emergency psychiatry, inpatient, acute care psychiatric, rehabilitation, and residential treatment facilities.
I believe in taking a holistic, mind, body, and spirit approach to addressing the root causes of your mental health symptoms. I will listen carefully to your specific concerns and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that balances your physical and mental health.
This may include nutrition, lifestyle, environmental, cultural, gender, religious, familial, and professional factors that influence your mental health. I provide Telemedicine (Telepsychiatry) services, so that you can conveniently be seen from your home without having to travel.
