I embrace an integrated, strength-based approach to promoting wellness. I work with adolescents, young adults, and families affected by a variety of behavioral health symptoms. I have worked extensively with children and adolescents struggling with significant mood and behavioral dysregulation related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety and ADHD. My experience extends to college age and young adults who struggle with attention, depression, and generalized and social anxiety symptoms. I have a particular practice interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder, especially those referred to as "High Functioning Autism" or "Asperger's."
I have over ten years of experience. I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations identifying both areas of challenge and strength. In some cases, medication can help an individual become “available” to learn essential skills. I also provide individual therapy, advocacy, parent coaching, and consultation. Video visit/telehealth services for some states.
Adolescents and young adults experiencing untreated behavioral health symptoms can struggle academically, socially and emotionally. A holistic treatment plan can help to mitigate symptoms and facilitate resiliency and recovery. Please see website for further information.
