Hi, I’m a psychiatrist who is Harvard- trained in Reproductive Psychiatry, and I’m the cofounder of Nest Psychiatry, PLLC- a practice dedicated to women’s mental health. I’ve been working in this field for over a decade as a clinician and as an educator having helped train physicians at Yale, Harvard Medical School, and now as an Associate Professor at USF.
My treatment approach combines evidence-based medication management with brief, focused therapy that’s practical and tailored to your goals. I strive to be a physician who is responsive, supportive, and fully present in your care.
Life brings challenges to all of us, and no one is immune. My goal is to help normalize these experiences and break down the stigma around mental health so that women are supported when seeking care. As a mother of two in a blended family, I understand the complexities of balancing many roles and approach both life and treatment with empathy and humor.
I offer sessions through Telehealth and in person in Brookline, MA upon mutual agreement and am currently in-network with BCBS of MA. I am out-of-network with other insurances but am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
